Belvedere is a historic estate in the heart of Tuscany, between Lucca and Pisa.

It is a unique oasis of peace and joy of life in which you are welcome all year round for a relaxing stay.

The spacious property with its two adjacent, typical Tuscan houses "Bellavista" and "Belvedere" dates back to 1540 and was influenced by the Counts of Pisa. In 1987, we fulfilled ourselves a dream by purchasing the estate.

With our passion for nature and people, we carefully restored both houses with attention to detail. Nowadays, they offer everything that is part of the wonderful Tuscan feel-good atmosphere: Stunning views over the sea, beautiful nature, wonderfully scented air, great attractions nearby and an authentic, familial home with all modern comforts

 - both for both cosy winter days as well as summer vacations with a private pool, sunny terraces and shady, enchanted spots.

Together with local people, we also helped boost the feral lands of the olive tree covered hill back to flourishing. Since 2000, the VILLA BELVEDERE DI CORLIANO is a fine small, certified organic and 100% energy-autonomous estate for the production of olive oil.

Hence, our guests can truly enjoy Tuscany with all their senses!
